Getting Involved
There are many areas you can participate in the EcoBlitz. You can simply attend our Kickoff event on April 25th, 2026, you can log observations, you can help the organizing EcoBlitz team, or you can help organize a table or tour!

Attend the Kickoff event!
On April 25th (11am-3pm), come to our Kickoff event!
​
Visit the tables with activities, go on a nature tour, or take your own hike and make observations! Learn how to use iNaturalist, make observations and compete for prizes.

This event is kid-friendly!

Host a Table
Do you have materials or activities to share related to biodiversity and the environment with the community? Consider hosting a table at our Kickoff event!

This option is great for student clubs, courses, research groups, community organizations, graduate students, and scientists!

Not available for the Kickoff Event? No worries! You can still help us collect data during your free time! Instructions on how to make passive observations will be posted shortly.

Lead a tour
Are you a naturalist? Consider leading a tour! Give tours to attendees on your organisms, ecosystem, or theme of choice!
